Ready to donate to SMILE? We recognize that life is busy, so you'll be able to drop off your donations at your convenience. SMILE, located at 1401 Prospect Drive in Kingsport, has placed a convenient dropbox at the lower level of our location. Send a text to 423-963-4310, and we will provide details on how to access this dropbox. When you deliver your donation, you'll be able to pull into the parking lot and right up to the storage dropbox!

Donate Clothes!

SMILE is 100% community driven. We are always in need of gently used male and female clothing sizes.

Sizes include; 0m-24m, 2T-5T, 6-18, men's XS-4x and pants 28-40, misses XS-XXL and pants 00-18, women 20-4x.

SMILE believes every child and teen deserves brand-new underwear and socks.

We hope you consider donating new packs of underwear in sizes 2T-5T, 4-16, men's XS-3XL (boxer briefs preferred), women’s XS-’s XS-’s XS-3XL (hipsters preferred).

Children and adult ankle socks of all sizes.

We know everyone’s style is different and unique! We want to do our best to serve the children and teens of Northeast Tennessee, so please ensure all donated clothing is free of stains, tears, marks, holes, or blemishes and within the current style.

While we love and appreciate donations, please note that we do not accept the items below:

  • No Used Toys (new ones are ok)

  • No Car Seat Covers

  • No Used Underwear or Socks

  • No Sandals or Boots

  • No Out-of-Date Clothing

    *If your child/teen wouldn't wear it, ours won't either!*

Donate Shoes!

What can we say? Kids are tough on shoes, so the less used shoes are, the better! We are always in need of sneakers!

Please keep heels, loafers, slippers, cleats, sandals, boots, and platforms at home.

Donate Travel Items

Kids get dirty! We are always in need of travel-sized male and female hygiene items. Items include; deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, individually wrapped toothbrushes, and soap.
